On Saturday, Martial Arts for life held a No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar for our teen and adult students. Below are some photos from the event. As you can see we had a great turnout of motivated men and women. We believe in staying on the cutting edge of Martial Arts instruction. We offer our students the opportunity to train in the most modern and effective systems available including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.
